YTbot makes no warranties, expressed or implied and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violations of rights. Further, YTbot does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its internet website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this website.
3. Limitations
In no event shall YTbot or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the services on YTbot Internet site, even if YTbot or a YTbot authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Liabilities: YTbot is in no way liable for any account suspension or picture deletion done by Instagram or Twitter or Facebook or YouTube or any other social media, that may result through the use of our services.
4. Refunds
  • Unused YTbot funds can be refunded back to customers at any given moment. To have your unused funds refunded, send us an email to [email protected] - with the subject "Ytbot Balance Refund" - and in the email include your ytbot username. The funds will then be refunded back to you within 24 - 72 hours.

  • Generally speaking orders cannot be cancelled once they have started(have status of "processing")unless we are unable to deliver an order, even if it takes longer than estimated to start or complete - [though this does not apply for automatic/dripfeed orders, those can be partially cancelled anytime]. For some services we can do partial cancels after the order has started, please contact us before placing an order if partial cancels is a relevant part of the order.

  • YTbot does not guarantee a delivery time for any services. We offer our best ESTIMATION for when the order will be delivered, however this is not a guarantee nor is it always accurate. YTbot will not refund orders that have a status of "processing" even if the order is moving slower than expected. The estimated delivery speeds listed on our website do not reflect real-time current estimates, as actual estimates are constantly fluctuating. If delivery speed is an important factor to your order, please contact us prior to placing an order to get the current estimated delivery speeds.

  • Once an order is placed you must NOT make your profile/content private or make any other changes that render the original profile/content link obsolete. Such changes also include the changing of usernames/profile names or the social media content getting suspended/deleted. Should such changes be made, the order will automatically be cancelled, however you will NOT be refunded. All changes effecting your profile/content link can only be made after we have finished delivering the order.

  • We shall not be held responsible, nor refund, nor restart orders that have undergone removal of social media hits(youtube views, twitter retweets, instagram followers, facebook likes, soundcloud plays, and all other social media hits listed on our prices page - http://www.ytbot.com/prices.php)by their respective social media company, unless otherwise stated on the purchase page, AND if the service used to process the order still exists.

  • In the event that drops(removal of social media hits)occur for one of our services, that has been covered by our refill policy(the restoration of the lost social media hits)as per stated on the purchase form, you most notify us of the drop as soon as possible. DO NOT boost the content(the has lost the purchased social media hits)with social media hits, as we will use the start count/current count to determine how much you will be reimbursed. Should the current count by suggestive of no drops having occurred you will NOT be eligible for refills. Only after we have finished refilling the drops, may you proceed to continue boosting the content with social media hits.

  • Dripfeed orders with slow settings(where total quantity divded by the dripfeed quantity is 10 or more)will NOT be covered by our refund/refill warranty

  • DO NOT mix refill-warranty services with no-refill warranty services for the same profile/content! Otherwise order will no longer be covered by any refill warranties.

  • For any country-specifc social media hits we sell, we do not guarantee that all the hits will come from the selected country. Our filtration process is not perfect, so consequently, some hits may originate from other countries.

  • Should drops occur for a social media profile/content containing a large quantity(above 200,000) of followers/likes, the order may not be refilled, as difficulties exist when trying to verify drops in these cases.

  • If your social media content is already getting many hits from natural sources, as we use the start count and current count to track orders, your order may be marked as completed even though it is not. In such cases orders will not be restarted nor refunded. If you feel that your social media content is already getting many natural hits do not place an order for that said social media content.

  • Do not place multiple orders of the same social media type to the same social media content/profile - e.g if you buy youtube views for video link A, you cannot buy more youtube videos for video link A until the order for video link A has been completed, otherwise both orders are no longer covered by any refund/refill warranties.

  • For Dripfeed orders if the dripfeed interval is too small, you may not get the full amount ordered as the system will be sending the social media hits before the social media platform has had a chance to update the stats. In this scenario we will not be able to refund the order as the traffic has still being expended on our end.
5. Revisions and Errate
The materials appearing on YTbot website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. YTbot does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. YTbot may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. YTbot does not, however, make any commitment to update the material.

All Un-used YTbot funds can be refunded back to you at anytime. You just have to send us an email with the subject "Refund Request" and include your Ytbot username in the email.
9. Affiliate Program
YTbot is always looking to gain new users, so if you have any associates interested in our services you can use your referral link to have the register to our website, so you get a percentage of all their deposits. The affiliate program entitles you to up to a maximum of $100 of refferal deposits, per referred user.
